Thomas took a thousand one day. Yeah, uh, do the experiment. I started out with two hundred milligrams and slowly increased as the week went on. I do the first seven days when i hit six hundred milligrams. I felt that was plenty enough, teo. Fill the side effects. It was enough to get the benefits out of gnp. A soon as i hit eight hundred milligrams. How is profusely sweating ? Just sitting. I worked in the sea office, and i was constantly sweating all day. Um, my breathing got really heavy, just talking to people. So i took eight hundred right before i went to the gym, and i i feel like i couldn't feed my body fast enough to keep the energy going like assumes i ate, i sweat everything out. I could feel my body literally burning the food that was eating. So when i got to the gym, i felt really we just walking from the parking lot into the gym carrying my bag, i was drenched in sweat as if i was on the stairmaster for forty five minutes. I got to the gym, i had to eat a meal, i was so hungry and i felt my energy levels are really low i workout was awful. That was eight hundred milligrams. I had to take way longer, rest periods to catch my breath the pump. There was no pump. So, like i said, i ate before i lifted and then to workouts into my left. I had to take a protein shake with four scoops of carbs in it just because it already felt that my body was burning that off. So you burned a ton of fat. Do you think that by having carbs when you needed it to give you energy, slowed the fat burning down. Or was it just absolutely necessary be a function ? I wouldn't be able to function. I do believe that when i think six hundred would be the cut off for me. Because once i went above six hundred, i was so hungry that i ate so much food that had the reverse it as faras me burning it off later on. By the end of the night, i was still so hungry that i ate massive amounts of food before i even went to bed. And i i just feel like it was it was too much cause i ate whatever i wanted. I don't really necessarily think that i gained anybody found out because i was burning so much. But there was no need to go that high. But again, it was an experiment. But for me personally, um, two hundred thirty five pounds right now and six hundred milligrams would be my definite cut off as faras getting the good side effects from these damn pete. All right, so if out, do you feel the difference between a thousand milligrams and eight hundred million ? Yes. Everybody even noticed it. So i spread my pills out throughout the day i got up at four thirty that day, i took my first one about five o'clock and it was every three to four hours i would take a pill, so i took my last pill after my workout, which my workout only lasted about forty five minutes. I was i just had no energy, and i couldn't i ran out of food, so my workout was awful. After i took my last pill, though, i couldn't hold a conversation, i couldn't stop sweating, i literally could not stop sweating. I was having a conversation with my mom, actually and she's she noticed it, and she is blindsided, too, like this whole bodybuilding thing. And she noticed immediately that i was sweating and i was breathing heavy just sitting on the couch time have a conversation, and i can't yeah, i just almost couldn't function idea was one to eat and even eating it wasn't enough. It was it was ridiculous trying to sleep. I didn't sleep at all. It was terrible even until today, it's been two days since i've taken it, i wake up sweaty, i wake up absolutely wet not just kind of damp. I mean, wet and it's make sleeping for yeah, so it's interest because you take a thousand milligrams that's in your day in your body for, like, three or four days you're still experiencing three days after the thousand milligrams, you're still gonna feel like you're on four hundred milligrams. Yes. Still building system ? Yeah, i still, uh i still feel wet and sweaty. What do you think about how much fat you lost ? So, like i said, the six hundred milligram would be my cut off. Um, if i could control my eating while i was taking it, i think it would be magic. But i am in the off season and hungry, and i just kept eating, eh ? A lot of food, but i didn't really i don't notice any body fat game from it. So if i could control my eating, i definitely would have. I wouldn't have any part. So let's, hear. Flash us. Your abs. I know this is off season your competition, bodybuilder. But i noticed a huge difference in the amount of fat you cut. The water is just coming out right now. So this is off season. You know when bodybuilders are big and puffy, but he leaned out really quick on the dnp pretty amazing. And you are super sweaty dio yeah, yeah, i really can't believe how much food i have consumed and not really have the side effects tonight. If i eat like that without taking the mp, i wouldn't have abs right now. So so what do you think about this approach ? A lot of the bodybuilders that are competing in las vegas are going to be using just two hundred milligrams of dnp right after the show for ten days to prevent that rebound fat game, you know, because we're after after the competition, we diet hard. Yes, we gained fat really quickly. We lose our condition so fast. Do you think about that approach ? That's ? Probably the only time that i would use this because it's it's perfect for that. Exactly. Perfect for coming out onto that after a show. Yeah, but i would probably still run probably four hundred to six hundred milligrams right after my show. Just because i am gorge after after a show. So it really just depends on your body type. And i think how big you are how sensitive your body is too certain chemicals. Alright, thanks for sharing and be swelling.
