There are many different carbohydrate strategy approaches when it comes to weight loss, fat loss, and bodybuilding such as carb cycling, backloading, ketosis, high & low carbs, atkins, paleo, etc. I’ll talk about how each of these strategies work, which strategies i’ve used personally, and What works best for me.
