This big replicates that every like two and a half hours. How is your waist not going to grow ? I did it with chicken when i would do a pound of meal would do a pound of chicken. A meal tryingto put size on. It was two and a half inches. My waist like that within a week, you know ? And it was awful. Took me like years to get my waist back down. And so that bubble gut is the amount of food that these guys had to put down. You see ? Jay cutler and them he would talk about he couldn't eat complex garages easy thing i couldn't either you eat too much that you can never you just lose weight. You can never put weight on you start going flat. He always had to do white carbs, white rice, cream of cream of wheat, whatever all these different white cars wake up in the middle of night and eat because that's how much he had to eat just to hold his body that's him dieting these guys tiding when you're taking that much growth hormone and you have that much muscle mass and training this hard, you have to eat that much more and that's why i always pounded into my clients when we eat that much food in the beginning phases so their guts are going to dis tend now that bubble gut is a predisposition thing that you're born with, that when you do take lots of growth hormone, that happens just like the job growth. How come every bodybuilder from nationals doesn't have a huge draw ? Because you have it's a pre it's a predisposition ? Yeah, it's a predisposition thing. You have to have that in order. That's why i always recommend that same protocol, but if it was a cheaper growth hormone, they couldn't get good that's why, i tell you, take bigger, less shots today because if you start taking point, two units of the risk is someone may not know whether they're predisposed to having a bubble or not. They're able to keep it tight, but there's a lot of other factors that can make you bloated on state who dehydrated food, packing as many carbs as possible, trying not to get gassy. So you're taking all these things in considerations of the liver stress. So there's really there's reasons for all those compounds.
