So the other day, preparing for a strongman competition tomorrow toward my chest shoulder muscle, right here, uh, to the to the extent that i probably won't be able to live with this side of my arm and shoulder and chest for about two weeks. So in the meantime, do i stopped working ? You know, i'm gonna work the other half of my body coming to work. My legs obviously can't do powerlifting moves like dead left because that would engage every muscle in the body, including my chest, and i need for that tender teo hell, but i'm still here, i'm still in the gym and there's no reason not to work one side of the body, so keep this arm relax like this left tendon heal, but i'm still gonna work right side of my chest, right side of her upper chest. I'm stuck form. I'm still try set exercises. I'm still gonna do back exercises with growing everything on this half is still going to get a full workout. I'm not worried about this half getting bigger than the other. I mean, you know how long it takes to build muscles plus working out creates systemic for the whole body, there's. Actually, some studies done, or if you work out one side of your body to the other side of the body, will still also grow muscle, to try to keep balance and then with legs, i'll be doing things like leg press calf raises. I'll be doing more cardio, not with running, because i don't want to bounce this tendon. I wanted to feel completely. Point is there is no excuse, even with an injury, to stop working out. You always work around it, and you're not likely to overtrained, either. So even if you had multiple injuries that french from doing a lot of muscles, muscles that you can work just working more often.
