What's up, guys? It's Trevor. Um, we get a lot of questions from fans and people around. Probably one of the number one questions I get is how I kept my size. So I'm gonna give you guys a direct, honest answer to it. No bull to it When I was, you know, competing at the same time is competing. That wasn't my focus necessarily. I was really hooked on the science of body building in applying that. And, you know, the bro science aspect is what you learned in school and research and whatnot. And I just wanted to get to that biggest level. You always have that image in your head that you're small, no matter how big you get. And to me, it was just keep see how far I could push it. A lot of things got in the way, which was health or injury and things like that. But I did find a way which had gotten me to run, you know, the two of us to 85 my heaviest. And at that way, I, you know, still visible abs with small houses I had and one of the ways I did this you know the standard approaches steroids, diet, nutrition, sleep and growth hormone or whatnot. And I preached growth hormone a lot because growth hormone was one of the very first things that we have. His body builders, aside from tremble own that can work outside of the androgen pathway and start, you know, messing around when it comes to genetics. And when you look at muscle growth, there's something a limiting factor, which is one miles Staten, which controls kind of everything to do with muscle. The faster we put muscle on, the more you do. This hormone starts to increase, and that's what stops the muscle growth and slows it down. Which is why, when bodybuilders usually get to a point, they can only change condition and things like that, maybe a little bit to the appearance of a muscle. And so there's so many ways of going about it doing Blast and Cruz methods where you blast something for a short time. My old staten will be low, and then once it comes up high, you come off it, let it come back lo again, you know, vice versa. There's many ways of going about it, and the thing is over the last 30 years or more, we've had the same drugs, the same supplements. I mean, we have new ones, actually, but nothing has really changed. We've had the same type of bodybuilders, the bigger they got, the worst they look. And it's because of the amount of food and things they have to consume. We could find a way to lower Mile Staten. We could also find a way to just grow, you know, without even really going to the gym or force feeding ourselves having this distended abdomen and whatnot. And so I got more into the genetic aspect because I realized that early on does not matter how many steroids you take doesn't matter whatsoever. You're not gonna put more size on than the next person. If you're doing these cycles, right, you're doing these high dosages. Actually, when you come off, you have such a worn out engine receptor that even tr ti isn't gonna hold on too much muscle. So that's where a lot of people mix this up mess up and when they come out cycle, they lose a lot of weight. One of the things about me is, you know, people would always say It takes a lot of gear to be where I'm at. I built £280 physique to a £5 physique before the wheelchair, and even in the wheelchair that I was in that year, I never got under. Never under about 2 45 and I couldn't work out at all. Now I started getting pudgy. Your muscle does shrink with glycogen and things like that, and that was about it. And so I started training, got back, you know, around 2 52 60 or so and then after that point with some of those health issues and the work I was doing, I don't have time for lifting. So I started doing the once a week twice a week, which is what you hear about that, except for when we travel with Anthony, which was plenty to maintain my size. And the key factor in this is when Anthony and me talk about the number of protein cells in the human body and you're born with this much changing genetics Will. He talks about what I did with growth hormone. It was increasing the number of protein cells in your body, which is 100% true, and I did do it with growth hormone. And there's a few other things that I had done in order to do this. And I mentioned a few of these to Anthony and promising not to really talk about it because one of them is really dangerous. And you know the others. We can get into their a lot of genetics, you know, really interesting things that do work. But these were at the basic level. These were actually directly changing him. They were opening the pathway in order to change them. Given the right environment. Subscribe so you can keep up to date and I'll see you guys on next video.
