e o Oh, Why Always me. Ooh, Campbell, Lu Telly, Telly. Telly? Yeah, Why always me who e people like? Like, you know me £20 of muscle in 30 days. Why am I doing this? Two reasons. Same two reasons. I do almost everything, which is to promote freedom and pioneering human evolution. Freedom being giving people the true facts upon which they can make their own decisions on what to do with their body. Pioneering human evolution. Meaning to take the human species from what they currently are and make them superhuman. Which means quality of life, health, mental performance, spirituality, everything to evolve us. Because natural selection is over. If we want to evolve, we now have to use technology to dio a coach. Marco confirmed what I already expected, which is that most of my body fat is being held on my lower back. It's hard for the camera to really see it, but I can really feel it. There's a lot of fat right here. It makes my waist look bigger. Ah, law. Bigger in every post that I do. So I'm looking forward through this transformation not only to get huge, but I'm hoping to lose this lower back, fat five. That's pretty mean gonna go here. Yeah, well, around here to 22.6 17. 27. So, with full stomach. Morning. Probably 12. I do these short experiments. I find out what works. And then I stopped. And I put those tools in my tool chest, and I don't come back to them if I know it works, Can we build £20 of muscle in 30 days? I think we can. I do worry, though, because yeah, I'm planning to do this for 30 days or Mawr and put on a ton of muscle. But I don't know if I can handle it. Are we going to tap out because we hit side effects from using performance enhancing drugs? Or we can't keep up with the eating or we can't get enough sleep? Possibly because the anabolic matrix theory is to take all these different pathways of growth and reduce and eliminate any bottlenecks. Show you guys behind the scenes what I'm doing every time we run through a roadblock and how we get through it so that we can put on £20 of muscle in 30 days. Where no one has done this before. We're really just keeping track, logging it by date. How much muscle we put on with compounds running what we're eating, what changes we're making. Epic. We're doing 50 mg, which is 500.5 ml of tressed alone. The compounds that we're going to be taking are going to include testosterone trend blown league and Raul injection, H G H insulin, myostatin inhibitor, insulin, mimetic, pro inflammatory and peptides. Now the cycle is going to change constantly. It's going to change intentionally because we want to create some muscle confusion and prevent the body from adapting to any one of these compounds, but also because we want to prevent side effects. The longer we use a high dosage of any one of these compounds, the more the side effects of that compound is going to build up. So we're gonna switch compounds hopefully before any side effects crew. But if they don't, then we're gonna try to catch the side effect after we're going to try to use as many fast. Esther's is possible. That means fast compounds that if we experience a side effect, then we come off the compound in the compounds out of our system very quickly so that we can adjust to a different compound to mitigate the side effects were going to try to have our nutrient intake constant as many small meals throughout the day as possible. We're going to try to avoid binge eating because the only way we're gonna end up gaining fat on this protocol is if we overeat in any one meal and it's gonna be hard to do with clean food, the ultimate training for a program like this would be to train twice a day for shorter workouts so that we don't tax the central nervous system too much. But so that were frequently stimulating the muscle. We're also gonna choose the specific muscle in each workout to destroy. And then we're also gonna hit every other muscle in the body with just a little bit of light blood flow to push the drugs and the nutrients in tow. All those other muscles that air recovering while we're training the muscle that were actually destroying 25 mg of injectable l G d. How many miles is that? 0.5 Mel, 20 mg L G D. And then we're doing 400 mg of trend and in state just one time. So we're not gonna do that. After today, we're gonna continue the other stuff. OK, but we're just front loading. One shot, two ccs. Okay, So, front loading some slow trend. 400 mg. Yeah. So that 400 mg is gonna be coming out of our body over the next 20 days. Yeah. What's the thought process on that low dosage? Just versus age spiking. It's hyperplasia. Okay, this does something similar to what a racket onek acid does, which we're gonna be on and off of a racket on a kassid. It actually pushes the muscle cell muscle fibers actually closer together. It's only drug, actually does that. Yeah. So just efficiency, right? Just have to be a long term release. So we have it in the system because we're not gonna be basing this cycle is not gonna be based on much trend a little bit. Okay. We don't want the side effects. What's gonna shock a lot of people is that trend really has the worst profile for benefits versus side effects. And a lot of the other approaches and chemicals we're using are much more effective and safer, so we're only doing a very small amount of it. Everyone's like trend to everyone, no one knows is what we're going to be doing. Dangerous. Yes, it is very dangerous. But I believe, given the knowledge in the amount of experiments have done in the past, that once we hit a side effect, and especially because we're monitoring a lot of different analytics, including our blood work, that if we see or feel a side effect, we're going to be able to pivot at that moment in time to fix that side effect. In fact, one of the things I want people to see most of all through this Siri's is when a side effect comes up, us diagnosing the side effect, reversing or mitigating that side effect and then continuing on with the protocol. But no matter what we do, you're going to see full transparency of what we're taking and how it's affecting our body. Whether it's good or bad, it's still scientific data that we can all learn from. We've got water based solutions and also oil based solutions. We are doing the water based solutions in insulin needles. I'm gonna give you four insulin needles. Two of the insulin needles have insulin and growth hormone, and two of them are gonna have injectable carnitine. Extreme high concentration, 400 mg per ml. So you're gonna be doing 400 mg of Karna, treen, pre and post workout. You're gonna be doing five units of growth hormone pre and post workout and three units of novel in our insulin pre workout in five units of novel in our post workout. So we're gonna need to make sure to keep carbs on hands. I got sour patch kids because if at that level of insulin, even though it's not really high, it's really combine that with training, that's enough to go hypoglycemic and pass out. Have you ever done 10 units of growth hormone within a three hour window of time? 10 units of growth hormone yet not insulin? No. No. So this is the most insolent you ever taken. Hmm. Alright. Might have stopped the gas station. Get to pack style patch kids. So before we go over the oil based gear that we're gonna be taking, does this amount of insulin growth hormone and carnitine make you nervous? Onley the insulin poor growth hormone. No carnitine? No, just the insulin. Not nervous. Just like sometimes it gets the point towards. This is such a huge pump. It's like, Oh, my God. Or you think that the insulin might be so powerful that it might interfere with your work out? Yeah, I've had that happen before, but we'll see. We'll see the Oh, yeah, yeah. Got 20 little. Yes, sir. Yeah, you might stretch. That's just a client. One, 23 Okay, are you Grow up. If I do another set, I will. And then e won't feel good, e I feel good. 20. He's done so over this guy's factory, to say the least, especially from 20. Huge. I think he's spending way too much time in Asia with all those females. So he's the oldest bullshit. It's the battery over. You know, we're in Sacramento right now, so I'm gonna put him through hell for the next I don't know, 23 months. Whatever is required in regards to a cash, I could say the same thing pretty much. I'm gonna beat his ass every single day because he needs a lot of work. I want to see you take a natural guy with good genetics and see what you can pack on him in whatever allocated time.
