Why always me thes enhanced transformations air using the anabolic matrix theory, which is this chart that shows the different growth pathways. Because if we're missing any one of these pathways, then we're gonna have a bottleneck of growth. For example, if we're taking all the steroids, we want the anabolic column. But we're not sleeping. Obviously, I picked a very obvious category. Then we're not growing. If we're not eating, then we're not growing. But some of these categories are under appreciated. People don't realize how important they are to muscle growth. For example, estrogen. So what we've done is designed to cycle that uses the synergy of all these categories, so we're not actually going as high as people would think on the steroids on the anabolic. But we are going high on the estrogen, the growth hormone, the insulin inflammation. And together they all work to give us what would be 20 to £30 of muscle in one month. You see if we did what most people did, and we just focused on the steroid column and maybe one other column like H G. H is very popular to do antibiotics and h g H. Then we're only going to get about 10% of the results. It's when you get the synergy. One plus one equals three that you get the insane fast muscle building results or on the flip side. Also, for a fat loss matrix, you get the fat loss results. It's been really intense on the body. I'm actually developing new stretch marks. This hasn't happened in years, so one issue is growing too quickly, which makes it hard to breathe, which makes it hard to sleep and also you get stretch marks. So he's very quickly developing some serious stretch marks on his shoulders. Muscle gels makes a product called Erase that I have that we're gonna apply to his shoulders, which is going thio correct the especially since their new It's gonna be really easy, you know, correct the stretch marks he currently has, and it will make the skin more elastic. So he's less likely to grow stretch marks since we know where his stretch marks air coming, they're across the shoulder. But if we've seen in many other athletes, a stretch marks will spread through the chest and through the bicep. And so we're gonna apply the erase all the way from the chest all the way to the bicep Every day I'm holding a lot of water. I feel pretty bloated, but I haven't gained a lot of fat. At least I it looks like water because I'm looking. I could still see striations in my chest and in my shoulders and my arms. Eso I don't think I've gained much fat, but I also feel like bloated and puffy. So I'm gonna have toe take diuretics a little bit more frequently to keep the water off, because otherwise it makes it hard to breathe. I just feel like a big, bloated ball that makes it hard to breathe hard to walk upstairs. Hard to move around hard hurt. Wipe my own ass. Sure, it doesn't have to come off, but if you want to for your film in this fine shorts are fine as well. We do it, Dex. If it is, we do body composition where you can get your body fat, visceral, fat and bone density. We do vo two max where you can find out your true fitness and heart health. And then we also do a resting metabolic where you can find out how many calories you burn at rest and the people that can do this is anybody, anybody from the common person, ready to start their fitness journey all the way up to an elite athlete that is so low freaking crazy. You 7.5 before has gone down. Or so I basically lost at the same weight. Have basically replaced fat with muscle. That's of 16.8. No, you lost 0.3 lost a little bit of fat, but I gained muscle. How's that? If because I wait to 28 now I see. So I lost a tiny bit of fat and gained £4 of lean Mass and just have a touch more visceral, not much pointless. Six of not much more. All right, we're back at Dex if it to get our body composition analysis. A cautious made some extremely impressive results, gaining £19 of lean Mass and Onley gaining £190.6 of fat. A lot of this fat was stored in his abdomen. Visceral fat. Why? Because growth hormone and insulin stores preferentially fat inside the abdomen. So it's definitely working. And what we can learn about the fact that he only gained a little bit of fat is that he could actually be eating mawr and gaining more muscle faster. And that's even more true for me because my body fat went down. I actually lost body fat, and I only gained £4 of Lean Mass, which means I need to be eating a lot more now. He's gotten much more impressive results than I have gotten. So why is that? Why is he getting much better results than me? E think there's a couple things number one sensitivity to drugs, a cost cycles, whereas I've been on for six years. Uh, that that is a factor, even though I switch compounds frequently and I adjust. Dosage is I do believe there is some benefit to cycling office faras preserving sensitivity, but that's still something we can work around. I don't think that is my main limiting factor. I believe my main limiting factor is how hard I and often I train and how much I eat. We already covered that I could afford to eat more because I'm not putting on fat. I'm actually losing fat, which means I'm in a caloric. Well, I'm not in a caloric deficit because I'm gaining muscle at the same time. But if I ate more, I would be gaining a lot more muscle. We want to actually be putting on a small amount of fat. That way we know that we're actually eating enough to gain muscle that way. The food is not. The limiting factor. Also is my workout intensity and frequency. Ultimately, we would be training twice a day. Morning, for example, would be a little bit of cardio and some peripheral work. Definitely some blood flow and maybe annihilating one muscle in the afternoon would be annihilating some larger muscle group. But instead I've only gotten to really hard workouts in. And those were both with Coach Marco. Although workouts that I did outside of Coach Marco. We're kind of half ass workouts that were too short. And eso instead of working out twice a day. I'm barely even working out once a day. Which goes to show how impressive the drug protocol is that I'm still able to gain £4 of lean mass with minimal time in the gym. The food also, I hit some bad days of food insensitivity. I ate some foods like wheat products that messed up My digestive system made it really hard for me to get enough calories in, and I had to miss a lot of meals. So I think if I would have done the meals correctly in the sleep correctly, I'd probably be up £8 instead of up only £4 which is still nothing like a cautious protocol. So it cost. What do you think? Based on these results, Uh, do you think you could have done any better? Obviously, if you ate a little bit more food, you would gain more. How is your training this week? I remind you my receptors were super fresh because like I was only on, like, testosterone and like, a couple of storms here and there. So when when I added all my bought all these, you know, drugs into the equation, My body just really just capitalized on that. So I think that was the main thing. I work out pretty intense. I didn't do any cardio. Um, cardio was just dreadful, because right now I'm so heavy and stuff like that, but I don't think I could have pushed it much harder relative to me wanting to keep my waist intact, not feel super shitty. This was with you actually taking a couple days off. Insulin, Right? Right. My scaled back, like maybe 30% of what I usually would have been doing the last two days. A little bit of growth hormone, insulin, nothing really crazy. And then back on a zoo yesterday and today. So So let's cover how we look real quick. We both look a little bit puffy, even though we both have extremely low body fat. He's got my faces round. He's only 8.6% body fat. I'm 7.2% body fat. We should look very stride and shredded But we are carrying some water because the growth hormone and the insulin is making us retain water, Which, in all fairness, that water also counts towards lean mass on this on this test. True, but your goal was £20.30 days. We already pretty much got there, Which which allows for more time between now and the end of the deadline to convert more of that water into muscle tissue. Yeah. How much? How much do you think, um, is water? You think out of the £19? I think like six. What do you think? Yeah, muscle is mostly water anyways, because if you look at the difference between a steak and beef jerky, for example, beef jerky has no water. And look how small that shrinks, you know, So muscle is mostly water in the first place. And when you're on all these anabolic and things, it's increasing intracellular and the circle Plas, Mick, all the water inside the muscle. I guess what you would say is, how much of that is subcutaneous water or visceral water? Uh, not water inside the muscle, because that would count count as muscle. So yeah, you've definitely got a few pounds of water. I don't know exactly what that is, but we're gonna find that out as we go through this process and we start using the diuretics to peel off the water as it gets close to the end so that people can actually see the muscle that's actually developed, not hidden behind a sheet of water. So what do you think? Like being that, you know, it's been a week, and we've already covered this much ground, right? Just I was thinking push it for one more week. I'm 28 now. Probably get up to 35. Um, and then, you know, probably start cutting it up at that point, then using the last two weeks to then, like, wean off all the, you know, drugs that retain a lot of water, take some diuretics, takes, um, partners and then really get that solid to 27. If we could do that at, like, you know, maybe a 6% body fat. I think that would be ideal and started at 207 So that would be £20 of Lee muscle. Yeah. So let's make the goal that we at least hit £30 at one time during this process, yeah, and then eso. The goal will be maybe bulk for three weeks, and you'll have gained 20 solid pounds of muscle without the extra cellular water without the, uh, transdermal water and visceral water, and then cut that last week.
