e o boom. Why always me? Who? Telly, Telly? Telly? Why always me who? E. I just can't believe how much I'm eating and I don't put on fat. I must have had 1000 g of carbs yesterday, but I also had 20 units of growth hormone and a bunch of insulin, so that's keeping it lean. Even though I'm over eating so much my caloric demand, it must be double on this amount of drugs that it is if I was natural. Ever since, I'm not able to eat enough calories to be able to grow on my current cycle. Do you have any other recommendations of any other variables? I can adjust to keep gaining more mass faster at two tablespoons per mil, some fat, and you would start putting weight back on per mil. The other option is you keep it in clean, but at your insulin and insulin will allow you to keep your waist down and put on size. Put a lot more muscle on as you're eating low calories, and then any time you start to spill over, you dropped the insulin back down or the other one is just train left frequently to train everyday were high out of our mind. And so we're eating in the middle of the night. All the cereal we can. Here's mine. Healthy cereal. But it starts with one bowl, and it ends with six by the time we're done. Trevor, how much food did you just see Akash eat while he was high and not aware of how much or how long he's been eating? Um, two entire plates of noodles with grounded like this, too. Half my box of a family sized crunch berry, which is this big in the whole mountain. Then what else was the Rice Krispie treat? Then he went and unloaded on my chips. Half of the entire bag of tortilla chips, half my guacamole, half the salt. That's gotta be like 500 g of carbs or something, you know, sort of like 7 800. That's before bed. We did notice on the nexus can that I lost fat and a cautious gained fat because he was over eating and I was under eating so somewhere in between. What each of us are eating would be the right amount of calories we're about to do. Ah, growth hormone insulin injection together I g f levels tested. I'm gonna have to take a rain check on it. I'm just internally intuitively feeling that my body is just needs a little break right now. Big load on the heart. I just sat in the A c in my car for like, a good 15 minutes after I eat some rice and chicken s on the restaurant. And, uh, you know, just I could just feel it's not smart right now to push the boundaries. And I'm a big, intuitive guy, and my body is saying, Hey, just chill out. So I'm 90% sure this is a growth hormone insulin related situation. I don't think it's any of the compounds, definitely not the L G D. Uh, for one. I've taken heavy compounds in the past, and what I feel right now is not. It doesn't. It doesn't feel like that's the issue. It's definitely a growth hormone insulin problem. Um, I'm gonna have Coach Trevor go ahead and diagnosis situation as well, but yeah, just got chill out the rest today because just said that he's not feeling well that he's thinking about taking a break from the drugs taking a break from the gym, lowering the food intake. He's also concerned that his waist is going to become distended, that he's going to get that bubble gut that were so afraid of in bodybuilding. So we're here to diagnose what the issue should be and try to help him decide whether he really should take a break or not. You seek. Akash has incredible genetics, and he is very disciplined. So when he does everything right, he's gaining £2 of lean mass per day. He could potentially gain £40 of lean mass in 30 days easily, but that's not necessarily the healthiest thing. We are still trying to factor health into this process. So if we were just trying to go for the max amount of weight, we would just say Suck it up, Akash. Keep the pedal to the metal and let's go for £40.30 days. But instead we're probably gonna back off. But let's make sure we're backing off in the right way. Let's make sure that we isolate exactly the issue that you're having so that you don't come off of everything when you only needed to address one small issue. So tell us exactly what you're feeling and we'll try toe diagnosis and help figure out how to tweet the protocol to still maintain your health and keep making progress. Yeah, no problem. So I'm super intuitive as a person, and my body is just telling me that I need to just the throttle what I'm doing right now. It's definitely a growth hormone insulin related issue I've taken compounds before and higher dosages, higher mixtures or if you will, and what I feel, what that would feel like. It's not what I feel right now. I'm 95% sure it's a growth hormone insulin situation, especially. It's around the heart, and I just feel like heavy and hot and heavy, heavy. So it sounds like mostly a water retention problem, which is something I'm also experiencing, which is too much water attention. Now I could tell from my body from the pressure on my heart, because my diagnosis will help you from the pressure on my heart that I'm feeling today and also the puffiness around my fingers around my ankles that I need to get rid of some of the water. So I have a couple options. I could come off of the growth hormone on the insulin and let the water attention slowly decrease. Or I could take a diuretic. And I think you need to get the water off you very quickly because we don't wanna put this kind of pressure on your heart. And we also want to isolate that. If we just get the water off, can we just continue to protocol as normal? Because if we can't get the water off, if we don't take a die aside and or Lasix and see a massive reduction in the water retention within six hours, let's say if you don't feel much better than we know, there's more to it than that. But if that solves the issue, then maybe just a diuretic itself lets us to continue keeping the pedal to the metal. Well, that's what I thought, too, right? And I'm all about speed, you know, being efficient, but took to Lasix last night and one this morning, and here we are still, so it's better. But at the same point, I feel like I need at least a day of not having the growth hormone insulin in my body. Um in conjunction with the dye aside and delay six again today, it's probably feel better. So it's OK to take a break from the growth is not a problem. Gonna have Coach Trevor explain in a minute why it's OK to take a break from the growth hormone insulin, but also since you took the Lasix, you also might be feeling a little down because you're mineral electrolyte Balance might be off, and you also might be dehydrated. Ah, lot of times people don't realize that when they take a diuretic, they could become dehydrated extremely easy. And most people don't recognize dehydration until it's too late. And they also don't realize the symptoms of dehydration, which are so extensive that you might have some side effects you would never expect. We're from dehydration but actually are. So to troubleshoot it also, I would try super hydrating yourself and getting a balanced amount of all of the different minerals and especially electrolytes, to see if you feel better. E three. Yeah, mark traffic. Then take four. What? Four. Martin Cramping like crazy. Get away with three. You heard your fill of cash. Oh, yeah. I'm pretty fucked up. Popped up Yeah, sure. Yeah. You know, I'm not, like, sick like that. I just feel heavy. Yeah. Hard time breathing. I'm like, there's no and go to sleep, right? Stick your blood pressure. Here we go. Left and right. Left. So it's coming out like that. We're gonna test your blood pressure and see if that's the problem so we can isolate it. And you gotta hold it up to your heart. Just relax your arm, but hold it right there. Yeah. Yep. Just hold still. Okay. We have some serious water retention here. 88 which is normal blood pressure. But his heart rate is 93. That's extremely high for being at rest. What is this? 135 over 88? Heart rates 93 beats from his heart rate is as if he's walking uphill right now, even though he's just standing here. So his heart's working very hard. His heart's not used to having this much mass to pump blood through. So dehydrated. That's why to me. So dehydrated. Rehydrate with water. You're drinking distilled water or nothing. Storing those 6 to 8. Our house every eight hour half life. Man, you took three laces when I told you. Don't drink that. Take your potassium. No water. No. What's in here? So, um, I think we're trying to get rid of without taking all the places. Okay, so I'm drinking more. So there. Yeah. You took too many fucking Lasix. I told you not to take another Lasix and told you to wait. Called Anthony's, like, thinking motherfucking late. E said, take a diet. I could have finally does it. So why did you take the laces? It's fantastic sparing. Just taking all the mineral out s right. So I'm responding to all Trevor's girlfriends from around the world on social media, because when he leaves the country, he stops communicating, and they have my social media. So they pulled me up, so I got, like, 10 10 different girls messaging all the time asking. How's Trevor? Mm mm. I was feeling like shit. Trevor came here, gave me some attitude, told me to drink a couple things 30 minutes later. Good as new. Impressive. I was pretty crazy, actually. Yeah. Impressive. And like, fucking look at the fucking games. Got for three ds fucker down 30 minutes. Yeah, once you're holding on to a lot of water. Yeah, Yeah. There were any lotion coming off for the growth hormone insulin? Trevor, what do you think about coming off for one day? Is that gonna Is that gonna help him? And is that okay? So that's that's why that's why do the transformations in a week to two weeks? Because 30 days is too much to put on the body. It's too much side effects and build up because you can get the same amount of work done and the shorter period of time and not get side effects that continuously buildup. Eso Yeah, he could take a break. Since he's doing 30 days. He could do that. But what I'll tell you right now, it's your food. It's just your food. Your food has been. You eat out every night, every day, all day, almost and amount of sodium you get is just ungodly. How much sodium and some of that food you're eating. Even that chicken rice bowl was just a bowl of sodium, that's all MSG from the workplace. And then, like I said yesterday, take the Lasix and then rotate with guys like, because if you take on Lee Lasix only Lasix. You still have water, so you're not dehydrated. But if you took only Lasix, you could deplete too much a one mineral, specifically being potassium. But if you do Lasix and then rotated in with the guys idea of a potassium sparing drug which will actually raise potassium raises a lot, and so that when you're doing Lasix, Lasix will make it dropped. If it drops too much but dies, I will still make you drop water. But the potassium is gonna come back up. So that's why I always have them rotate Lasix and dies at least six and dies on. If you do it that way, you'll see in the face you'll see in the body when the water comes off you, you know, and you'll feel better. But that wouldn't happen if the diet is more important because the last times I've done it, we've done the same amount of weight in a shorter period of time. But when we're doing it, we're same amount away in a shorter period of time. But when we do it and we're keeping up on, say, a diuretic, Even when we weren't adding the diuretic, we were eating a lot cleaner foods. Never had that problem until way later on, then when it does come up, assumes you hit it with direct goes away. So if we're already at that point, instead of taking the gym off, I would go to the gym. I would still keep hydrating. I don't see you drink water. I see you drink the coffee. And so you're doing coffee and diuretics, but no water. When you take diuretics, you have to drink more water. So you're trying. You have to flush. So if you take all these Lasix, water has to be incorporated. But you're only doing the black copy on then. I don't know what else you really had during today. S o that needs to increase should have. Like if you're doing these like a 16 I would at least do 8 to 12 of these things a day minimum while you're doing the diuretic will help flush you out because you don't want to cut the water out as you're doing the directors contrary what people think. So that's the other biggest thing. But if you just clean up the diet, you lose probably £8 overnight. So I'm eating rice and chicken, rice and ground beef 80% of day. Right, right, right. So is that is that one meal out that detrimental? You're eating out. One meal of sodium is typically two days or so worth the sodium, especially that that bull you got. If you go to that walk, place and look at the ingredients. That's why I said, the surf ride is gonna have a lot of that. But the MSG and sodium content is gonna be so extreme, and MSG makes you tired, extremely tired, and then the amount of food that you're eating it's not normal you're eating on. Even if you home cooked Aziz much food as you're eating, you still have 34 times the sodium anyone else's because how much food you actually eat. So now you eat out and you're eating that that much food as well. You're eating that much calories on top of it, and then you got the drugs on top of it. Everything adds up, so when you're doing it, you wouldn't want to rotate those directs, add the water and just clean up the food and they'll go away 100%. But I would still not shy away from the gym. I go to the gym. I would definitely do cardio. You feel amazing after cardio and then maybe even a sauna, but mainly take advantage of it in the gym. But get the hydrated first. Keep drinking the water so everything could flush out. Go to the gym, do the cardio. And tomorrow you're like a sponge because you're gonna do everything and depletes you. It's gonna help Get the water off, Get your heart moving at the heart The water away from the heart flush you out with water and then all the calories you are burning your because your red lining it for so long What? This is about the time your body already catches on and now it's all side effects from here. So you want to trick it and do something that's gonna tell you right now we're doing all this cardio and burning so much calories. We're gonna give it a reason again to start storing his muscle and start getting less side effects. That's why I do a transformation, usually in 1 to 2 weeks, as opposed a month, because after this point, just side effects buildup way started this cycle with steroid dominant and then storms on top. Now we've got more injectables arms. We're gonna switch to US arms dominant cycle. Uh, still, including steroids. Which means less water retention, less potential side effects. So should he go ahead and do his shot today? Doing the injectable leg and roll. Uh, but then maybe take 24 hours off the growth and insulin until his body, uh, water retention normalizing eso the leg and draw it. Be fine. The ligand drops totally fine. If you really feel like it. Take the growth off tonight and then do Like I said, hit the gym, get hydrated instead of the Lasix through the days I when the time comes for it. But definitely start drinking the water because you need to drink the water when you take a diuretic. So you have to keep drinking, drinking, drinking you. Otherwise, what's your flushing? You need to drink the water, the flesh, everything you're going through the having your renal system. You have to drink more water when you take the diuretic. So one of that's the problem most body voters have for competition is they take diuretics and they stop their water. You need to keep drinking the water when you take that. So in order to answer this question, you probably need to observe Akash. Maura's faras what he's eating and what he's taking, Um, but I've seen growth with the growth hormone. He's up to 15 units a day. Our goal is to get up to 30 units. We at least want to touch on 30 units for a few days during the cycle to do extreme. My other clients were already doing 30 units without those effects, because diet, it's the food. So if we clean up his diet, then we can continue to increase. The dosage is the growth hormone. Cook the meals at home, and when you do it out, just be more sensitive to what you're eating when you do go out. Because, like the burger, even Denny's pancakes is loaded with sodium. That's the crazy thing. Everything when you eat out sodium and everything. So what do you think of cash? Can you eliminate eating out for a few days ago like saying once a day? But just be wary of what you're eating like, say, chipotle, it would be much better, even though as a lot of sodium much better than going out and getting burgers and fries to sushi. That's the best thing you could do. You could do that all day if you want it. So do you think? Do you think if you if the diet was cleaned up that you'd be able to work your way up in growth hormone dosages that make you nervous? I know you will. I can't answer that right now.
